I gave you some tips for saving money in a previous question. But to actually find a place in that area, open up your phone book and look for reception halls or banquet halls. Also, search the internet for places to wed in your area, you may find a park that has a reception hall, too. And then just start calling these places and comparing prices. Take into consideration any extras that some places might offer (like tables and chairs).

Yes, there are a couple in the Port Richmond and Bridesburg sections of Philadelphia. I just don' t have the names right now.
The Amercan Legion was also a good suggestion. Also, if you call a church or religious place that you belong to, I am sure they would have great suggestions, since they do weddings all the time.

Call around to different places in the phone book that are in the area that you would like to get married. I would also recommend going to http://www.theknot.com they might be able to help you.
Also, something else to think about as an option. How about having the ceremony and reception at your local American Legion. It would be cheaper and they have caterers that come highly recommended and are also cheap in costs and you get a high quality of food and everything. We had our wedding at our local American Legion and it was fantastic.
Good luck!
