Yes. There are traits that can make partners sexually incompatible. Some men are too large for some women. Some men are too small for some women. Some men are curved in a way that would make it uncomfortable for some women, but feel good in another woman.

It is called pheromones. Just like our mamal ancestors, we can tell by smell whether or not someone of the opposite sex is a good sex partner for us. Of course, we cannot actually differenciate between the smells these days, but we do call it "chemistry" and everyone knows you cannot fake chemistry!
