I bet there is a good chance it will. I am a teacher and have experience with lice. :-) If you don't use a blowdryer, you should. The lice will die from the heat. Also, you can avoid laundering sheets everyday if you just throw them in the dryer. It is a good idea to vacuum everyday, too. I would use the medication that you can buy over the counter. That will kill the lice and you won't have to worry about the dye doing the job.

NO it does not kill the lice at all and most lice medications dont work either bc the lice are immune to them. The best thing to do is use the lice treatment and then comb through ur hair everday for 14 days to get out all the eggs with a metal lice comb.

Very doubtful. It will only dye you lice pretty colors. The chemical used to kill lice is very specific since it need to kill the lice's eggs as well, which are protected by their shells. I doubt your hair dye will do anything in that case. However, don't apply hair dye after the treatment for lice as it weakens your hair, and dye is always an aggressive operation, whatever is written on the box.

No. Unfortunately, that won't work. Your hair will be a pretty color, but you'll still be itching. You should use the medicated shampoo.
