Good question. This was Jesus in flesh...period. Remember, if Jesus is God then that contradicts the scripture that "no one has seen God. Jesus is flesh in this event at the temple. There is only one True God, the old testament God that you refer to is Yahweh. or Jehova or commonly referred to as Jehovah. This wasn't Jehovah either, because Jesus name means "Jehovah is salvation". So they can't be the same.

Sure. Jesus lived under the OT laws. He lived as a Jew. He was God in the flesh.
It was righteous indignation that fueled His driving the moneychangers from the temple. It was a sin in that it was making a mockery of God's provision for the remission of sin, and they were exploiting the poor. Those who would need their services were those who had traveled a long way and were without other resources. But the sacrifices had to be made. It was spiritual extortion.
The God of the NT is not different from the God of the OT. He did not change. Jesus changes us. He brings peace between us and God and is the ultimate proof of God's goodwill and mercy toward us.

Jesus threw over the money tables....
Then when he was gone they set them all back up again inside the churches and said God told us to tell you to give us your money.

That was Jesus being the imperfect human being he was. I want to know what other imperfect things he might have been doing when he was a teenager and in his twenties.
