It depends on what type of dog you have. My Pomeranian costs an average of $50-60 to get groomed - but that includes a bath and trim, nails clipped, teeth brushed, doggy cologne, and a bandana. Depends on where you go. That sounds about an average price to me!

I work at a grooming salon - and it really just depends on the breed of your dog.... For example, a pug costs $24 for a bath and nails, but the bigger, doublecoated longer hair dogs can get up to $60. If a dog requires more brushing than what is standard or is matted, that is more work, so therefore, more money to groom.

Well, it depends on what type of dog you have. The bigger the dog, the more it costs. Long haired & triple coated dogs also cost more.

So, if you have a Chow or Husky, this is a good price. If this is a toy poodle, it is too much.

And sorry, there are no dogs that can get a haircut & grooming for $20, even the smallest long haired dogs.

I have several small dogs that need to be groomed at least every six weeks. It usually runs around 40 dollars, but I'm sure that varies a bit from place to place. The best thing to do is call PetSmart and ask. As far as the touchups around the eyes, that's easy to do yourself. Just do a bit of trimming to make sure the hair isn't poking into its eyes.

Everything depends on the size and condition of your dog..My big, hairy dogs cost me $70, but, where I work, the small breeds are just $25 for bath and nails, and $35 includes clipping.

This REALLY depends on where you live and what type of place you take them to. It cost us $45, but we have a 130+lb Great Pyrenese dog and that was with calling around. Some places wanted $90 ! We are happy with the smaller groomer shop that isn't as fancy, but they do a great job.

It depends not only on what size of dog you have, but also the coat type & length, what condition it is in, and how well the dog behaves for the grooming. Prices also vary from region to region, and even from groomer to groomer.
