I was curious what the ship was like - whether it was newer looking, well looked after. I know what's on board facility wise, but wanted personal reviews of the look of the inside and anything other info you have to add. ty.

The ship was built in 2003, it is a 90,000 ton ship. It is an amazing ship, like all newer style ships, this one also has the glass walls and elevators, it also has the putt putt golf, and all the major activities. The food and and service on this ship is one of the best at sea. Royal Caribbean takes pride in their ships and their reputation, therefore keeping each ship tip top, they also take pride in the personal service that they provide to the clients.
Since you are going to one of the most beautiful and picturisque sites, I would suggest doing Alaska the right way, with a balcony. Setting out on your private verandah, with a hot cup of coffee and breakfast, reviewing a once in a lifetime scene. You are so lucky, I have been on this cruise once, and would go back again. Royal Caribbean does Alaska so well.

It is a beautiful ship, one of the nicest from Royal Caribbean. They have done a nice job keeping it clean.The onboard experience is really nice, the food is good, entertainment is good, great kids clubs, etc. Really no complaints, from me, for this particular cruise. And, Alaska is an amazing cruise, you should have a great time.
