well he's giving you a hard time. See I'm Native American and I was taught, when boys tease girls or vice versa means that they have a crush on them too. Obviously he really is crushing over you. Play into it or play hard to get. Get mean back. He'll learn his lesson.

Depends on whether you like it or not.
If you don't like him to tease you, then tell him, in a NON-teasing way, that you really don't like that. If he does it again ask him to please respect you and don't tease you about your hair.

he is either flirting because he is interested or teasing because he is immature. its hard to tell in these situations. look for some more of his actions to see what his intentions are.

If he's just messing around, it's probably just a sad attempt at flirting, so don't take it too seriously. If he's really making fun of you, don't change yourself for him, he's not worth your time. : )
