The fact that you are nervous or anxious stimulates the nerves that control your bladder. Thus, as you get more nervous, you feel as if you have to pee because of that nerve. It is almost tricked into thinking that you have drank way more water than you really have.

It is definitely due to stress. Try drinking at least a glass of cranberry juice every day, which helps keep your bladder and kidneys healthy; and will also fight the "urge" to have to pee so frequently. If you do not like the taste of cranberry juice, you can take cranberry in a pill form. It can be purchased in almost any store in the health section. Look for 100% cranberry. You can also use the old trick of visualizing the interviewer in their underwear.....thus adding some humor to the situation, and lessening the stress. Good luck to you.

could be nerves causing bladder spasm or just to much fluid on that day detrol la is a wonderful drug for bladder spasms

nerves. when you get nervous your tend to get the chills, when you have the chills you bladder contracts.
