The girl That I like has a boyfreind but get a load of this he is a senior in high school and she is onley starting the eigth grade! she 13years old and he's 17! What should I do?????
But The really problem is that this guy is rally nice! I know it wrong to date someone that younger than you but this guy wont try to take dvatage of her. And if I try to tell her that this is wrong I come out looking like the bad guy!!!! But this guy is really nice and responsible!
I don't know mabye she like older men because she use to have a boyfreind who was 15 years old but he use to hit her. But this guy would never do that! but he is 17 and she is 13 that is just wrong what shoul I do???

First of all I want you to know that you are right, there is a problem here and it is the age difference, a 13 yr-old & a 17 yr-old is far too different at this stage in her young life.
13 is a precious age, it's an age where you are becoming an young lady, and there are new & exciting things going on in her life and I know the boys are starting to look good and you are looking at them in a different way then (she) use to but, the things is she is still not ready for a serious relationship, at least she shouldn't be.
Now from the sounds of it this guy your friend is seeing is a good guy if that is so then he wouldn't mind waiting for her to get older to start dating her seriously.
He could go to jail seeing her, because of the age diffrence between them right now, so it would be better for not just her but the both of them to wait til she get older.
If you are a true friend I would mention this to them before telling her parents or even his.

You seem like such a nice guy yourself. Just warn her/him about the law. He could get in trouble for being with her when he turns 18, and after you give that advice, just be the best friend you can. If it's meant to be for the two of you, it'll happen!

the law is the law she is too young to be making such decisions talk to her and if that doesn't work say jail bait to the young man and if that doesn't work go to her parents and let them sort her out.
