It works great, "if" you get REAL HOODIA.
There is a ton of fake hoodia out there. I researched the product and found only a couple of manufacturers that are providing real hoodia. Take a look at the report on the below page. It's titled, "Fake Hoodia is Everywhere!"

Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

I have bought this and found out that is does work.
I weight 114 lbs and had a little bit of a gut and I take the medicine twice a day...with 8 glasses of water a day...and I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes (walk 15 minutes & run 15 minutes) three times a week.
I have been taking it for about 2 months now and you can already see my six pack. It works but you just can't take it and not work out or anything.

well i have been taking it for five weeks and have dropped 1 stone but i have been jogging for half an hour and walking for half an hour every day so not quite sure which one worked but i do know i have been eating alot less than i used to so it could be the hoodia drink alot though!

Always have vegetables on hands. Saute a big bag connected with frozen mixed vegetables in essential olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or maybe turmeric for additional flavor in addition to separate into portion-sized containers for that fridge.
