I'm not muslim. I'm not islamic... But the what I'm going to say may make me seem anti-american.
Be very careful how you get your information. The United States of America is masterful at propaganda.
I don't know what Allah hu Akbar means in english... but I do know what "Kill them all! Let God sort them out." means and it's not to anyones credit.
It's very easy to see that while U.S. forces are called "soldiers", those other HUMANS we kill are are being killed by aren't ever called soldiers... or even enemy soldiers... Gooks, VC, Skinnies, enemy combatants, bogeys, hostiles, terrorist, guerillas... it's comedy that shouldn't be.
But to address your question more directly; "terrorist groups" do not fight in organized armies because a Super Power like the United States would smash them to oblivion. Vietnam seems to have served as a textbook on how to fight a far superior army.
Furtermore; I think we both need to understand what is the fight about... America is not right, Israel is not right, Palestine is not right... If any other country than the heavily backed Isreal would have gone so drastically over the top militarily over a SINGLE captured soldier, this would have played out very differently.

What kind of question is this? Are you serious or just kidding? Do you see any country army doing any thing to defend their own citizens? The answer is simply no, because these armies are meant to protect the leaders from their people not to protect the country and the citizens from external enemies, and the leaders are just servants to the Americans and Israelis, for example Musharraf in Pakistan and Mubarak In Egypt.

Radical, extremist Islamists see their own country's army as weaker than the cause of terrorist groups since the terrorists are bent on being willing to die for their religion if necessary. They are reading the Koran as if the policies of 1200 years ago apply today, as far as the elimination of us "infidels". They forget Mohammed was a soldier before he was a holy figure, and just as much a terrorist as he was religious

This means, "God is Great." Many religions say that. It has nothing to do with war.
I guess you're referring to Hezbollah in Lebanon. It is a terrorist group that is using Lebanon as a base. They do not represent the people or the government.
Because of the support they receive from other countries, they are better equipped than the Lebanonese army.
The Lebanese, who are muslim, Christian and Druze do not want to fight. They do not want a war. They want to live in peace and get on with their lives just like the rest of us.
