I've seen the phrase in some japanese songs but i can't find any translation. i've tried other web transalators but it gets translated to japanese characters.

Anata means you. Ni can mean a lot of things. It's what they call in a Japanese "joshi" (translated in English as particle). It marks the the grammatical purpose of the word, e.g. prepositional phrase, direct object, indirect object.
You kinda need the verb to fully understand the phrase.
Examples of different meanings of "ni":
Watashi wa anata ni aimasu (I meet you)
Watashi wa shiken ni shippai shimashita (I flunked the test)
Watashi wa Nihon ni ikimasu. (I'm going to Japan)

It kind of means "you are", but it depends on the context in which "ni" is used...
