You need to move on with your life.
Falsely accusing this guy by falsifying evidence to make him "look illegal" will get you into a heap of trouble.
Just know that what goes around comes around, but you don't necessarily need to implement the come around part.

Sorry that you have a problem with some guy and you hate him for bumping into him the way you did. but the problem is with you, if you can't move on that's not his problem, it's yours.
Also there's a law in the U.S. that's called hate crimes, my advice is to just avoid him, or maybe ask him what did you do to have him treat you this way. any way the issues are with you and it's up to you to solve them the right way.
Just make sure you don't do any thing stupid like commit a hate crime, that will give you a record for the rest of your life..

if he is here in american on a green card it can be revoked and if you can frame him for a crime after he finishes his jail sentence he will be deported. if he is colombian he should have some drugs on him somewhere in his pockets. so all you have to do is get the cops to show up and frisk him. or plant something like a weapon in his desk and when tell your supervisor that you think the colombian guy is up to something and that he should call the cops, and now he would be going down for possesion of a conceal weapon

I don't think there's anything you can do to make someone "look" like and illegal alien. They either are or aren't.
Do you know he is legally here? You can contact INS (Immigration Nauralization Services) and report him. If he is illegal, they will deport him. If he's not illegal, you risk getting yourself in trouble for filing a false report.
Is it worth it?

heyy I'm colombian! Just because theres no "friendship" between you doesnt mea n you can do anything like that. There's no possible way for you to "make him look like hes illegal" because he has all of his Id and citizenship. From what I heard I think you're a racist!!!!! Go find something else to do

There are certain "groups" that I would never mess with; "you friend" falls into this category....don't get into trouble; just leave it alone. If he does something illegal, report it to the proper authorities, but otherwise....move on...
