When I was 4 year old my parents split up and I moved away with my Mum. My Father then got re-married for only a short while and had a son 'Shane' (my half Brother). This Marridge also didn't work for him and the woman he was with moved away and took my half brother with her when he was just a baby. I am now 26 and Shane must be 19-20 yrs old and I would love to find him. I have tried all the usual routes like 'The Samartians', and Colchester local registry office' where my father got re-married.

The womans name before their marridge was Julie Bugg although this would have changed to Julie Leggett but I'm not sure what name Shane would have taken. He was born and lived for a short time before movning away in Colchester Essex. Julie also had a few other children which I also can't find as this would lead to my brother, their names were 'Justin Bugg' and Angela Bugg.

Can anyone please please help me???????

You can work out when he left school and put a seeking notice on friends reunited. You can also put ads for free in the freeads papers. Sometimes even internet searching of the phone book works. I have just found an S Leggett in the Colchester phone book. I'm not saying that's your man but you could try all the combinations of names and locales you can think of and try each one.

Good Luck to you. I have a similar want. I dont know where to start looking. I have never met my father...or his children. I know his name, and where he lived when I was born, but that is all.

You should hire a private investigator. That would be your best bet.

Good Luck
