Turn your arm so the elbow is pointing up towards the ceiling then make a fist and bring it toward your body and then back out again. Do 50 a day on both arms and you wont have to worry about wibble wobble arms. I know this works because I do this excercise and my arms are nice and firm and I am a grandmother already .

I got a good one the other day, lay on your bed on your back, with the edge of your head at the tip of your bed, use 3-5 pound weights and pull your arm all the way up over your head to extend over the edge of the bed and back up above your face and then back again. I do 3 reps of 20 of these. it doesn't feel like much when you do it, but I promise you will feel it the next day or the next...

Lifting weights would probably be your best bet, it would tone your arms better than anything
