There has to be more than one vet in your community. Check around and let them know that you can pay them in a couple of weeks. Any vet who would want money first sounds like someone I wouldn't want to deal with. Check the yellow pages in your area or go on the internet key in vet and your zip code. You'll find someone I'm sure.

It's probably trying to pass a kidney stone, or has a bladder infection.
Call all the vets you can find a number for, and beg, cry, make a deal, whatever.
The cat needs help ASAP, and no, human meds will not work.
The first of the month is too far away. Call Animal Welfare League, and ask them if there isn't some sort of charitable program you can take part in. Tell everyone that you talk to that the cat is in pain, and that if you can't get any help for it you'll have to give it up because it isn't fair to the cat.
Quit playing around. Get it done.

Its a bladder infection. Your cat is in pain and needs to go the vet NOW. You are responsible for your cat he sure can't take himself to the vets. The beginning of the month will be too late. Poor cat hes suffering.Ask the vet if you can post date the check and he will then cash the check when you have the money in your checking account. Or borrow the money. But get your cat to the vets ASAP like tommorow...

I've seen this before: Your cat is very sick and the first of the month most likely will be too late. Take him to the vet and explain your situation. A lot of vets try to work with the owners in emergencies like this.

GET YOUR CAT TO A VET. Your cat seems to have either a urinary infection of some sort, it may have a kidney disorder, or it may be bleeding into it's stomach. If you have a regular vet, they should be able to work out a payment plan with you. If you don't have a regular vet, they still might work out a payment plan because this is an emergency.

well I'm going to school to be a vet, so, i guess i can help. your cat has a urinary track infection. when he urinates does he yelp or grown or make any kind of unusual noises?? and no never give any animal human antibiotics if you do then your animal will be at very large risk of dieing. there is nothing ells that you can do but get a prescription from your vet. because then your cat will just suffer.

don't give him anything for humans that could hurt him. you really need to take him to the vet immediatly. What kind of vet do you have that they make you pay right away? Every vet I've ever been to sends a bill in the mail. Even if thats true try to talk to them about it.

Unfortunately, you are gonna have to find a way to take him to the vet. He has a urinary tract infection, and those are fatal for cats...usually within a week or so. DO NOT give him human antibiotics!

Take it to the vet immediately. there are some major kidney problems and it can kill your cat. would u wait to go to the doctor if u were peeing blood??? its really cruel if u dont help them. human medicine and animal meds. are way different.

I think that you should not use human meds. they are very different from animal meds. and try to ask your vet if there is any way you can pay there bill in payments at different times like 100 dollars here 100 dollars next month so on and so forth
