Something VERY simple:
Dump cake
3 cans of fruit pie filling (I use peach or cherry the most)
11/2 sticks butter, melted
1 box yellow cake mix with or without pudding in the mix
Preheat oven to 325. Spray 13x9 pan with aerosal cooking spray. Dump in all three cans of filling. Spread evenly on bottom of pan. Dump cake mix on top of fruit. Spread gently, you don't want to pack it, across fruit filling. Drizzle melted butter over top. Butter will not cover every little bit but it is not supposed to. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Goes great with ice cream. It is also perfect to take to a pot luck. Hope you enjoy it as much as our family and friends do. Let me know.
Have a great day!
