one of my friend in india used to teach Literature in uni just as volunteer. There she loved one guy 2 yrs back but today situation is different and she has no feelings for that guy. But now this guy comes to my friends life and tells her like he loves her but my friend does not love him any more. ( My friend never told him that she loves him)

She should firmly tell him that things in her life are different and that she does not have the same feelings that he has for her. Tell him this is an honest answer and he should move on.

She needs to sit down and tell him what has changed and be totally upfront and honest with in a kind way. If she has moved onto another relationship them tell him. Better to be honest and direct vs hurting someones feelings worse by leading them on or being dishonest. Playing games or trying to be nice just to save face will be a big problem bad karma. Just tell her to sit down in a public place a tell him nicely you are a wonderful guy but not the one for me....

well it seems that the guy would be knowing little bit that your freind had some feeling for him 2 year back, thats why perhaps he has approach to your friend with confidence.
now as you told that your friend had never express her feeling to the guy, so best remedy in such case is just be innocent & act that gal had never such feeling for the said guy & reject his proposal in a friendly manner & if he proves that the gal had feelings than protest it by saying that it was just infacutaion which could happen to anyone & the gal was never serious about the guy.
