my baby has just been weighed he weighs 18lb 13oz at 7 months 2 weeks i would love to know what other babys weigh has most babys that age weigh 20-22lbs

My daughter was approx. 19 lbs. at 7 months and my son was 21 lbs. at 7 months. I wouldn't worry too much about your baby's weight unless there seems to be something wrong i.e. irregular bowel movements, not sleeping well, not reaching developmental milestones. All children grow at different rates. Just make sure you're feeding him the right amounts and varieties of food and everything should be good.

Yes, 20 - 22 lbs might be the average weight for 7 - 8 months, but EVERY baby is different.
If 20 - 22 lbs is the average, that means a lot weigh less and a lot weigh more.
It depends on their diet and genetics and so much more.
Your child is uniquely your's! Take pride in each new stage it goes through.

my 7 month old daughter weighs in at a cool 18lbs and she's in the 75th percentile with her ped. Dr says that those charts are not something to really be concerned with unless the weight is due to other issues or illnesses.

I have 4 boys ages 3 up to 10 years old. When they were that age they ranged in weight between 21 and 24 lbs. They were all above average for weight through their entire first year and toddler years.

My child is small for her age (takes after me, I guess), weighs 22 lbs and is almost 2 yrs. But I know a little boy who is almost 1 yr. and weighs 25 lbs.

It all depends on the child.. the chart for determining is so broad. My daughter weighs 18lb and is 10months and is still in the 50th percentile.

my daughter is 6 and a half . she weighs 18 lb exactly. Her docotr said it is good.
