If you love him then you should tell him. HOWEVER if you have only just started going out with him for the love of god don't do it yet! You'll sound like a bunny boiler! Leave it a while. When its right you'll not need to ask for advice because it will come out naturally.

No, that would be pretty awkward unless you already know the person well (and sometimes even if you know him well). Wait for a while, for now just say you'd like to hang out and get to know him better.

i don't necessarily think that you love him i think that you care about him. but you shouldnt say that you love him based on one phone conversation he will think that your moving way too fast. but on the other note you can take a leap on faith and say and you dont know he might end up saying that he loves you too. but really give it some time and get to know about him 1 because there might some things about him that could turn you off. love and peace
