for my question somebody named soul doctos has replied that i should take phytolecca berry for flabiness but pls tell me how long should i take it and if i have to take it thrice what will be the pattern breakfast ,lunch, dinner or some other pls help???????????????????

The Dosage is as I put it in my answer to your question :-) " 15 or 20 Drops of the mother tincture in half a cup of hot water half hour before or after meals thrice a day. You will have to take it till required and you will have to take it for at least 2 months starts showing results in about 30 to 45 days so be patient please.
It corrects our body function so that after being cured of the tendency to gather excessive fat you don't gather up excessive fat. It is the Mother Tincture made out of Berries of the Plant Called PHYTOLACCA DECANDRA which is also used in Homeopathic Medicine.
