A reverse circumcision is possible, but incredibly risky. No Rabbi on earth would perfrom one because it would go against their religious beliefs. Also, they don't have the medical knowledge to reattach a body part that complicated (in fact, the vast majority of urologists don't have the necessary knowledge).
It is possible to reverse your circumcision with manual or tape foreskin restoration. Just type in "foreskin restoration" into any search engine and you will get a huge number of hits with information. And yes, many men do experience 1 to 1 1/2 inches in gain from restoration. This is only true because circumcision removes skin, constricting the shaft so that it might not be able to expand quite as much. With the added skin, the penis might be able to become larger, though this is probably only true for the most tightly circumcised men.

Well.. circumcision shouldn't have made your dick smaller to begin with... if it did, then odds are that going to the Rabbi in the first place was a BAD idea.
Second... Rabbi's don't do reverse circumcisions... only televangelists do... if anyone knows about big *****, it's them.

the skin is removed during a circumcision. I don't think it will ever come back. sorry. ask a dr or your rabbi for advice. be happy how you are. circumcision is cleaner I think, good luck.

Depending on your rabbi he can most likely recommend a penis enlarging pill site! I don't believe it's possible to sew the skin back on, but with the high-tech machines it may soon be!!!!!!!

it's one thing to let someone snip the tip when your a baby.
you cant do anything about it anyway.
