The history of the people of this continent can be found in the Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ. It's a record made by people who fled Jerusalem at the time of its capitivity and came to the Americas, a new land they didn't expect to find. They are the forebearers to the indigenous people of this continent. It's an amazing record that contains the true gospel of Jesus Christ as is found in the Bible.

I don't completely understand the question. The Bible was translated into English in the 14th century but it had been available in Latin before that. The Bible was read to the people and explained since most of the people at that time were illiterate. The Gospel had been heard over all the Christian by that time not just in the middle east.

The Bible was written around 2000 or a little less to about 4000 years ago. The beginning of the Bible (Gen. chap. 1-11:9) tells us where all of the people and the languages of the world came from. But then it narrows and starts talking only about Abraham and His children (the Israelites) then it focuses on Jesus and then the church. Only the first 10 and a half chapters of the Bible are abou the ENTIRE world. So the answer is no. We know that it is a fact that other people were around the world and the Bible doesn't say that there wasn't. It just doesn't talk about it.

Around the globe pyramids were built , including south America , all basic in design , including two which they call twins seperated by sea and miles apart (10,000) , this civilization does not exist anymore why? , we think that the word of god is given to us through the bible , I am sure that his words are there , because i feel it inside my heart , but I also know that there are many lies being told to all the people of this planet , why? if the truth was known there would be no contrast , people everywhere are in search of the truth ! the ones who hide the truth will be exsposed , why? because our creator so loves the ones that love our creator he gave his only son so we could live , it tells us to search, here and there , this is so awesome the amount of people searching for our creator's true words , I am honored to be a part of his works , this display of faith is and can only be our creator within all who want to know the truth , Bless all of you who ask these questions , without questions there can be no answers , without answers we will be mindblind !

Prior the the invention of the printing press the Bible was hand written, usually by Monks, and very few people had a copy of it. That is why the church was so important. The only way people could learn what it said was to go to church and listen to the sermon and Gospel.

According to some believers, Jesus came to the new world to preach. It is more commonly believed that the Americas did not have the Word of God before the explorers came. The church was a strong supporter of the exploration of the new world so that they could convert the "heathen masses".
