I prefer Pureology (professional shampoo & conditioner)... It costs around $20.00 each bottle, but it is worth it... It makes my hair look great and it is so concentrated, you only use a small amount washing my hair every day, the shampoo and conditioner lasted me 4-5 months... It is a great deal!!

some professional shampoos are good. but it is all on your texture of hair. I use head a shoulders shampoo and follow it by Aussie 3 min. miracle three times a week. It conditions by scalp and gives me tons of body. reasonable priced and effective. I have been doing hair since i was 12 and now i am 36 this has been the best ever. I also when i get out of the shower i take and comb my hair with one of those fat combs and spray it with the Aussie instant hair freeze hair spray, it holds moisture in, then blow dry it upside down for volume. my hair is very straight, but if i scrunch it while drying i have tons of curls. product works wonderful.

It's best to use professional products. Grocery store products often contain wax to simulate soft silky hair. But in fact after time will cause your hair to become dry, hair will have breakage and will cause dandruff from having a dry scalp. The wax coats your hair and scalp causing this to happen. You can get decently priced professional products by calling around or go to a local Sally's that sells to the general public. They carry name brand products at a fraction of the cost. And yes you can use them everyday. Just remember that a little goes a long way.

Go with what works for you, and don't feel obligated to continue to use a product that isn't working for you because you bought it.

Different things work for different people. I've personally never found a non-salon shampoo that didn't make my hair like dead grass, but the products that work best for me make my daughter's hair frizzy and greasy.

Should you purchase a more expensive product and it fails just exchange it. Most salons and supply stores will do this, but don't wait too long and save your receipt.

ok the version between drug shop and actual shampoo is the dimensions of the shampoo and conditioner molecule length. you may desire to think of of your hair as a street with pot holes and regular you may desire to fill interior the pot hollow. The drug shop manufacturers could be like filling the holes with basketballs or perhaps baseballs. With a genuine salon form you would be filling the holes with marbles or golfing balls. some human beings's hair you may desire to placed something in there hair and it will come out finding super. and human beings want a particular shampoo and conditioner to make there hair look super. in spite of salon shampoo it could make your hair look flat or oily yet it is why you circulate to a salon your stylest will inform you what you want and if identity does not artwork they provides you with some thing else that could desire to artwork.

I can't tell much difference, so I save a few bucks and use a name-brand drugstore shampoo/cond.
