yes, LOL . I love your question. Short and simple, yet loaded. Why would god make males with their foreskin, then tell his Jewish people to cut it off? That's hilarious, If he didn't want it there couldn't he just hit his cosmic delete button and remove it from our genetic code? I bet scientists will be able to pretty soon.

Absolutely not. In fact, the very act of circumcision is a "shadow" or "type" of the sign of God's true Covenant with human kind.
God tells Abraham at Genesis 17:10-11 that circumcision is "a sign of the covenant between Me and you." This sign is painful, permanent, and carried out on a private, hidden part of the body.
In Deut. 10:16, Deut, 30:6 and Jer. 4:4, God tells us it is His true wish for us to "take away the foreskins of your hearts." How can this be done? Jeremiah 31:31 tells us it is God's intention to make a "New Covenant" among His believers, beginning with the Jews. This necessitates another kind of circumcision.
Col. 2:11 tells us: "In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ ..." The spirit is also a private, hidden part within us; by cutting off our spiritual foreskins, both men and women experience pain, but it is this cutting that proves we have entered into God's New Covenant. For those under the New Covenant, physical circumcision is NOT required, although some still do for allegedly hygienic or asthetic reasons.
Peace and love in Jesus.

I don't think it really matters one way or another. From what I understand everything came from simple one cell organisms and we evolved from other species just as everything else has. Circumcision is the "norm", at least for the majority, because of faith but it does have it's benefits...one of which is less chance of infection. However, I would argue that perhaps parents should not subject their infant sons to this procedure because later in life it may not be what they want....but on the other hand I would assume it would be much easier to go through at a young age as opposed to when you're an adult. (I'm a woman...so I don't know much about what that would feel like) But I do know that for me, I find a man's instrument....(trying to be polite and respectful)...more attractive when circumcised. That's just my personal opinion. I'm sure there are lots of women who disagree. Anyhow...that's my two cents on the matter. Take care and I hope you have an amazing day!

No.
Circumcision is designed to reduce the risk of infection in the foreskin.
God designed everything in perfection. But when sin entered the world everything that was created by God (not just an intelligent designer) was tainted. The original design of the foreskin was fine because an infection wouldn't have occurred. Now to reduce the risk of infection doctors cut the foreskin to make sure that a really nasty infection does not happen.

No, the act of circumcision was a symbol of a covenant. Refer to Abraham in the Old Testament.
Are tattoos against intelligent design? How about piercings? Some things we do are symbols of our faith, style or belief.

How can God attack himself? How can God violate his own rules? God made the human body the way he did for reasons we cannot always understand. Circumcision is a covenant, not an attack against intelligent design. God ordered circumcision. Jesus loves you.

Nope, Jesus himself was circumsized lol, and God commanded people to be in the Bible (also, the Jews-his chosen race-were always). We are all now adopted into his family if we choose Him. it's obviously not a requirement, but certainly not against intelligent design.

No, since it isn't medically necessary, or even beneficial in most cases. This is like asking if tatoos are an attack against ID.

not particularly....God may have created the foreskin just to have it removed later for his covenant with Abraham. An ID creator has the option of designing what he wants for his own purposes....

Provacative question for the mind (or the mindless). I'm sure most of your answers will revolve around, "it's all a part of God's plan" explanation
