The rice will not harm your bird contrary to popular belief. The theory that a bird explodes from eating too much rice is an urban legend with no truth to it whatsoever. No need for CPR and do NOT give your bird pepto bismol.

If you can get some Psyllium husk. Make a solution like a cereal in some water. Get it into injection without needle. give it to your bird. But it will be hard for you because you have to open her mouth and inject the solution. Do it quick because this solution has quality of getting thicker automatically and quickly and this should be done in your birds stomach. The solution will expand in her tummy and will push that hard rice out.
any way leave untill you bird get serious because normally it gets better with time automaticallly. I hope your bird has stop eating any thing untill this skeal thing gets out.

well rice can in a way harm your Bird. when you cook rice it fluffs up, right, well it will fluff up in your birds belly and hurt him.
