More of a friend than a parent. Figure he has a good mom and a dad. I love him as a mom would love her own and I would do everything in the world for him.

I have two biolodgical children and 3 step I love my step children as if they were my own and I treat all of them equally. Favirotisim is the worse thing you can do

I have a step child, I raised her from the age of 3 and she is 19 years old now. The funny thing her mother and I divorced 5 years ago and she decided to live with me instead of her mother and her real father. Matter of fact the real father was sending me the child support check. I love her as my own daughter, and in my mind she is the daughter I never had. I thank God everyday for her she is a phenomenal person.

I have 2 step children and 2 of my own. I love them all equally and they all get equal doses of my time! Children are precious and they need to be nurtured. Do they still see there natural Dad? Mine do not which is a bonus!

YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO YOUR STEP CHILDREN AND TRY AND GET ALONG WITH THEM, THEY WERE THERE BEFORE YOU GOT MARRIED, IF YOU DON'T CARE FOR THEM OR FELT THEY WOULD OF BEEN A PROBLEM YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN MARRIED. IF YOU LOVE THE PERSON THAT'S THE PARENT YOU SHOULD CARE FOR THEM TOO. I'M SURE IN SOME CASES STEP CHILDREN CAN BE HARD TO GET ALONG WITH, BUT KEEP TRYING IT WILL BE GOOD FOR YOUR MARRIAGE, NOT LIKING THE CHILDREN COULD CAUSE YOU PROBLEMS. GOOD LUCK

I strongly dislike my step-brother. I'm 14 and he's 11. I wouldn't mind him if he wasn't so rude! He's selfish, inconsiderate, and ALWAYS hyper. My mom and I have secret stashes of candy and crap in our rooms. He's a pain. I sound like a horrible persone, don't I?

Well, let's see the oldest (25 years) is a *****, she doesnt like anyone and says she is proud to be a *****. the twins (21) are brats but can be nice when they want something. the son (22) is two faced but tries to act nice. all in all they are spoiled and brats!!! But you know what I am just glad they aren't my kids....
