The bible ALSO says to "obey the laws of the land"!!!! The ILLEGALS are BREAKING our laws by SNEAKING across our borders, and putting us at RISK!!!!
The bible ALSO say ,"Thou shalt not STEAL, and Thou shalt not LIE". These are two of the Ten Commandments!!!! Illegals STEAL jobs,AND social Security numbers from American citizens!!! They STEAL benefits that they are NOT entitled to!! Illegals LIE to get those jobs!!! And,they LIE about being in this county ILLEGALLY!!! You can't just "pick and choose" which scriptures YOU personally like, because, there are ALSO these scriptures i just wrote!!!!
and as for "gidget's" comment, Yes those words ARE on the statue, but the FRENCH are the ones who PUT THEM on there!!!! And, at the time this was engraved on there, things were a LOT different!!!! I don't think our forefathers (or anyone else) knew how those words were going to come back to BITE THEM IN THE BUTT!!!!! We CAN NOT just take in EVERYONE who wants to come here!!!!!!

A man dies and goes to Heaven. Saint Peter explains that each of the different denominations has their own room, to avoid conflict and it will be quite a walk to the room where the man's denomination is worshipping God.
They walk past several doors where hymn-singing, clapping and praising can be clearly heard before Saint Peter slips his sandals off and asks the man to remove his shoes. Then Saint Peter puts a finger to his lips and tiptoes as quietly as a churchmouse past the next door notwithstanding that there are sounds to be heard. When the man has tiptoed past as well and both have their footwear on once more, the man's curiosity overwhelms him and he has to ask Saint Peter "why did we have to tiptoe past that door?"
Saint Peter smiles at him benignly, "in that room are the [insert least favorite denomination here]'s. They think they're the only ones that make it to Heaven. You wouldn't want to disillusion them, would you?"

When God created this earth, did he make magical lines seperating countrys, and say "here shal live the privlidged, and here shall live the poor" and so on?? NO he didn't. God created earth for humans to live on! All people no matter what language they speak or what color they are! Threre are no magical lines anywhere! The only reason we have borders is because that way Americans can be more selfish, claiming what isnt theirs ayway, it's GOD'S!!!

It will not be multicultural and WE will be the ones (as the newcomers) who will have to assimilate. We will have to abandon our old earthly way of doing things and adopt the heavenly way of doing things. As much as we try we cannot fully do that here on earth.

Ok you don't like hers what about this
Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
Seals try again and try not to be so arrogant.

Heaven has NOTHING to do with ILLEGALS living in the US draining the economy. God also tells us to abide our laws....his and our governments. Last I heard it was against the law to border jump.

I will like heaven. We will all be where we belong and no one will be taxing me to pay for those who are not entitled to government help. I imagine we will all speak one language...probably not English or Spanish...but we will all speak it and understand it.
