Firstly I'm so glad to see that there are people out there who know that the word is lose and not loose. The facial excercises will indeed help tone your facial muscles a bit but you cannot spot reduce fat by working a particular muscle group. So if the problem is fat you should start a workout regimen and watch what you eat eating more protein and shying away from fats and carbohydrates. But by all means exercising your facial muscles can produce some results.Your body also has a specific blueprint for your body based on your genes. If your parents have this particular quirk then you may also have it.This would be virtually impossible to overcome, but you should still try.And yes the thing about chewing gum makes allot of sense.

You can do facial exercises that will tone muscles in your face or try chewing gum but generally speaking spot reducing attempts are ineffective.

there is a lotion from nivea that firms your face with creatine, it seems to be a good way to get your face in shape besides exercise.
