I am not rally active person, I weight 80kilos and Iam 165 cm tall.
I just start active cycling during the last week I went 150km with non proffesional bycicle, and I did the same this week also. Can you tell me what kind of side effects I should expect, how this kind of activity will effect my body, and what will happen if from the next week I go cycling 300km weekly?

You will notice increased cardio vascular flow and endurance. Your legs, buttocks, and lower back will become stronger and more muscular. Your overall weight will drop (depending on what & how much you continue to eat), and your heart rate & blood pressure will drop some, depending on where it is now.

Everything will look and feel better! Just remember to always take a day of recovery and drink plenty of fluids!

well, obviously it's definitely going to help, but it results depend on the intensity of your workouts. The harder you ride your bike, the more calories and body fat you're going to burn. The key to cardio is getting your heart rate up, if you are riding your bike for the 6 miles at a slow or moderate pace it's still going to build muscle in your legs and core but your workouts will be more effective at a faster pace. One of the best kinds of workouts for burning fat is interval training, where you exercise at high intensity bursts in between rest periods. So maybe try setting your bike to a high gear for 2 minutes straight then switching back down to a low one for 2 minutes. or if you don't have gears, just bike hard for a say 30 seconds then take it easy for 2. Play around with your workouts, its all about variety and finding out what feels right to you. hope it helps!

Take your bike to a real bike shop and pay the fee to get professionally fitted. If you increase your riding from zero as you have described you are at risk of injury due to over-training (over-use). This will be accelerated / aggravated by improper fit to the bike.

Cycling is generally a low-impact, injury - free sport, but if you sit on the bike wrong, you can do serious, permanent damage.

Non impact sport, just don't fall off your bike. Saves your knees from such acitivities as running. You expand your lungs ten fold, you'll find riders just like you ready to take awesome trips to the edges of new lands. Dood, what are you waiting for. See what you're missing.

You will increase your metabolism (faster burning of calories), lose weight, burn away fat, gain lower body muscle, gain cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, feel more confident, fell better overall, get a tan (not the greatest outline though). If you lower your calorie intake or eat better foods, you should see weight loss (at least some gain in mucle and loss in fat at same weight).

Shouldn't be bad at all for you. Just keep an eye out for knee problems. If it hurts, don't do it!!! Also, if you are not active, try not to push your heart rate too high--stay comfortable.

Make certain that you have proper hydration at all times.

You will beef up your lower body, but you made need additional exercises for the upper body.

it will loosen your ham strings if u have tight ham strings. If u have tight hameys it can cause back problems. trust me it hurts it happened to me.
