If I am untrustworthy, and indeed, according to Paul, a murerer, how will Christians be able to convert me, what if I do something bad to the Christian? How will I ever get saved?

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality,[c] wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving,[d] unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

Atheists and Christians both seem to sprout offensive armor, like porcupines. They both get real nervous, when they get real close, and that sets their quills on end.

First of all.... Explaining the joy and greatness of excepting Jesus has nothing to do with trusting atheist! Pardon my tone I'm just trying to get a concise informative answer over to you. Secondly, think of this! Jesus healed so many people and once the Pharisses asked the disciples, Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners? And when Jesus overheard this he answered... Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. What good would it do for all the doctors of the world to go around and provide medicine to all the healthy folks? So.... with that being said.... anyone can recieve the glory and grace of God! The lord wants you to come as you are!! With all your sins and all your hurt and all your shame.. so that he can comfort you, lead you and show you the way!!!!!!!!!!

I surely do no longer comprehend. Christians bash the Pagans, yet do not hesitate to participate in Pagan vacation journeys. Many, if no longer each of the yankee vacation journeys that are celebrated on the prompt were created by using Pagans. Christmas is even a Pagan vacation! genuine Christianity does no longer promote the observance of ANY vacation journeys in any way. we are to computer screen no longer some thing or mark the time with any celebratory adventure. no longer EVEN your own BIRTHDAY!!!! For extra about this, see Jehovah's Witnesses beliefs and rules of the religion.

Good question. These scriptures that you reference are serving as a warning to Christ's followers about non-believers, but they do not tell us that we can't share the Gospel with them. Jesus sought thieves, tax collectors, and generally evil people to preach and teach and help. Christians are to do the same, but that doesn't mean we have to hang out with you, just share the good news. Since you are in Romans, read on and you will read that "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" That All in there means that everybody has sinned and falls short. But then it says "If you believe in your heart and confess it with your mouth, you shall be saved" That means everybody, dude. No matter what you have done, you can be saved if you believe that Jesus died for your sins on the cross. That is the good news.

I thought the atheists don't believe that there is a God? according to line 30 who ever is being described are "haters of God", how can you hate something you don't even believe in? but how can you NOT believe that there is a God? Look around you, man, do you think all of nature, the animals and the entire human race was accidental?

Christians don't convert, God does. You just can't pick out one passage, or verse in the bible and base your life's quest for answers on those words. Plus, without God to show you the meaning of what you read, most of the time you will misunderstand it.

But, you read a good passage. One of my favorite passages is just a few verses ealier, Romans 1:18-20. Read it before you read the next verses, and the ones you used will make a little more sense.

God doesn't always make it that easy to get to know him by just picking up the bible and reading scripture - even if you heard it for yourself, or read it somewhere.

You will get saved by asking God to save you. Christians don't save, they just witness. Take care.

Very true, indeed!!! You have quoted a description of human nature in general. Nobody is trustworthy; Man is a total failure, ´´All have sinned and come short of the glory of God´´. It is after recognizing those facts that we realize how lost we are and how much in need of the savior. We are helpless, but there is a solution to our problem. Jesus is the answer to our sinfulness. He is the lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. Trust Him and only Him for your salvation. Repent and be baptized that your sins may be forgiven and receive the peace of God in your spirit. God bless you and your loved ones in the name of Jesus!!!

Well, first of all, this verse is not about athiests. Secondly, not all christians distrust all athiests. Thirdly, they would share the gospel, the good news, with you by telling you something like this:

There is someone who loves you, who has always loved you, and always will love you. He knows you so well that he knows the number of hairs on your head. He wants you to know and love him. He will never force you to do anything, only ask. And now, he is asking you to look for him.
