wash your clothes in hot water, using the proper amount of detergent, and then a cup of bleach for unbleachables. Then, a second time, before you even take them out, wash them again with detergent and a cup of baking soda. The bleach should take out the worst of it, and the bakinf soda should eliminate the rest.
If, after you do this, you can still smell it, wash it again. DO NOT put it in a dryer before that. It'll make everything you wash with it stink.
Good Luck

Try washing them in lysol, but good luck, generally that type of urine lingers. With what clothes cost, maybe kitty needs to go bye bye.

You can get special sprays that get rid of animal piss and clean the surface that they have pissed on. Go to a pet store and there should be a spray for getting rid of piss from carpets, I think it will work for clothes but check the label.
