But The really problem is that this guy is rally nice! I know it wrong to date someone that younger than you but this guy wont try to take dvatage of her. And if I try to tell her that this is wrong I come out looking like the bad guy!!!! But this guy is really nice and responsible!
I don't know mabye she like older men because she use to have a boyfreind who was 15 years old but he use to hit her. But this guy would never do that! but he is 17 and she is 13 that is just wrong what shoul I do???

you could wait and see what time brings...or...until he out of school. He'll go off to college or off to the real world... he'll soon leave her...hopefully she's not pregnant.
You could always step up to the plate and tell her you like her in your own way. express your concerns that the guy is to old and you think she might be getting used...it's risky but hey you might save a person from going down a long troubled road and in the mean time gain a new friend ...or she might blow you off...
if she doesn't respond to your concerns then move on and wish her the best...
you will not want to be around all the baggage after this one.

that is messed up. The guy is a pervert thats the only reason he would date someone thats only thirteen year old. Well just hang out and be a friend to her show her that she can still have a good time with someone her own age, then if the two of you are right for each other she may find that she likes you.

if a 17yr old boy is talking to a 13yr old girl she must really look older than she is. he might not know and if he does then don't worry it won't last long because once he turns 18 he's gonna get in trouble. but if she like older guys you just gonna have to find another young girl to like. more than likely she likes mature guys and a guy her age isn't gonna do it for her. so count it as a loss or be ready to catch the rebound, but its hard to try to mend a broken heart.. but you have plenty of time to worry about girls, worry about school right now and you'll be alright.

Find you a 17 year old girl and stop worrying about her. You'll have the chance to get your heart broken a hundred times, don't rush it.

you know what hun.... i know u like her, i know it seems unfair... but hun if he's her boyfriend and she cares for HIM not you, and u do something to interfere, who do u think is gonna look like the bad guy?... do u think she's gonna come running to u?.. i know it's easier to dole out advice than to actually live it, cause i'm head over heels for a man i can never have, but i'm doing my best to just be a friend... do your self a favour, u seem young , try and meet a nice girl who will like u for u....

Stay away. She is either deceiving her parents, or they aren't paying attention. this girl spells trouble. (The 17 year old should check the laws before he gets both of them in trouble!)

Are you afraid of him, if so than forget her, otherwise use your mind power to attract her by taking interest what she loves and is positive for both of you.
