Yes they will, A few weeks before you go off of your cycle you need to start taking nolvadex or clomid ,hcg would also help jump start your natural test production but be careful of using multiple products at once.
Do some research on popular cycles of steroids, there will be more info on when and what to take in conjunction with the particular steroid you are taking at the time. Good luck, and don't listen to ppl who try to scare you with all the horrid sides you can get, that usually only occurs with heavy steroid abuse over long periods of time. go to www.superiormuscle.com and there is tons of info and message boards with all the info you will need.

I'm not too sure but they shrink as they are not producing testosterone anymore. I'd worry more about the gyno,
the acne
the depression
the calcified liver
the kidney failiure,
the loss of hair
the gain of hair in women,
the inability to run
the cramps
the crippling full body cramps,
the thnning of the skin,
the itching,
the madness of moodswings
brain damage,
heart failiure
and quite possibly a sudden, unannounced death when you are about thirty either from cardiac arrest from suicide due to depression or your bad attitude due to the false sense of euphoria and superiority getting you into a bit of bother. before worrying whether you'll get a good set of nads back!

No, they never return to their full potential. And just to point out one more fact about steroids...about two weeks after the testicles shrink the penis becomes useless. It will stop working.

okay, if your nuts shrink that means your doind test of some sort. most orals won't shrink your nuts. but to answer you question they can go back to normal size as long as you do a correct PCT.

It depends on how long u hv been abusing steroids.Usually when u "cycle" off the juice,it should get back to normal.Why yr "bags" shrink to peanuts its becoz when yr body receive "external"sources of testosterone,the "factory"shuts down.This is a natural defense mechanism of the body.Long term this might lead to even Cancer of the prostate!

That is very minimum in the effects it has to your testicles. It does more liver damage than anything else. And after all, they say the smaller the potatoes, the bigger the steak looks!!! LOL My friends says that, he does steroids!

yes they will the only reason your testicles shrink is because your body doesnt feel the need to produce its own testosterone because your getting it from the roids once you get off the juice and your body sees the need for it to start producing test again your testicles will return to their original size
