Fix him a romantic dinner in candle light. after dinner have your girlfriend or a female that you know he will find attractive in the bedroom. they the two of you just blow his mind away.

Do something different from the regular act, like some handmade gift or a poem or so. Just remember dont do anything where you'll loose your dignity. This will make you repent in the long run.

Well, It is always the guys who tries his best to impress his chick by giving her candies, flowers,etc. Just for his birthday give him all the attention that you can. Make him feel like a King. And appreciate him for what he is. Don't overdo with the gift. Treat him a good meal (Dinner/Lunch). And then dump him....Na...just kidding...Surprize him with something that he likes alot!!!!

It really depends on his personality. You must choose something that you are sure he will enjoy.
Extreme sports can be fun for example. We took my brother on a surprise trip on his 20th birthday and went river rafting together on a wild river. That was cool and something he'll surely never forget.
Maybe you could take him parachuting or river rafting or something like that?

It depends how long you have been dating less than a year give him something pertaining to your relationship a picture and something itimate will be nice. Cook him dinner and a massage would also brighten his day. Cater to him in evry way that day.
