There is a large misconception that society that is living on the thinner side of life have, that is if a person that is overweight does not have to right to get hungry or eat when they do.

Yes I agree that a healthier choice of food could be made. But large people do have the same cravings as thinner people and i sure see a lot of thin people crammin a big mac down. It sounds like to me that you need to worry about yourself and keep your ignorant opinions to yourself, and yes I'm a bbw and proud of it. The only people who have opinions like yours are ignorant.

If you are not overweight, you should not be too much anxious. However, everybody know that eating fast food is a risk in your future life. If you are addicted to eating that sort of food, you should decrease the amount of it. For example, if you are eating 6 times a week, you should firstly decrease it to 4, and maybe then 3 or 2. If you are able to get rid of fats you gained, by making sports, you won't have big problems. :)

It is our society. Fast food is not only awful it is full of calories. The average portion has gotten so big. Also when you are use to the taste of fast foods celery isn't going to cut it.
I am 5'11 and female, my weight has always been around 125 until recently. As my metabolism slows I have alot more sympathy for the silly fat ***** as you call them. Losing weight is hard to do. Exercising sucks.

Fat people are either stupid, in denial, or just plain lazy. (I vote for all of the above). Some will say it's glands... hogwash! It's really simple addition and subtraction. The average person burns between 1800 and 2400 calories per day doing nothing. If you take in more than you burn, you get fat. If you take in less, you lose weight. Simple. Yet they don't seem to get it. If you want to lose weight, limit your eating. This seems to be one of the hottest topics on this site. Everyone is looking for a pill. Ridiculous! hey ever notice that the people on jerry springer are always fat?? it's cuz this is generally the same group of people: poor people who do not have a good eduacation (jerry springer guests also use words like "ain't" and double negatives) and when you are poor and working 3 different jobs trying to support your kids, you don't have time to cook!!! and you're not exactly going to put out the $400 a week to get a personal chef so who do you turn to? ronald mcdonald of course.

I think that they love to eat and it's hard for them to stop. So when their looking in the mirror they want to lose weight but can't stop eating it's like smoking it's a bad habit.
