As written, it doesn't make any sense.

It could be, "I treasure you, special love." If that's what it's supposed to be, that would mean that I care (treasure) for someone very much and that they are special to me. Other than that, I have no idea what it might mean. You might want to check the sentence again.

Quite frankly, as it is written, it doesn't make sense in English, but we can make sense of it if we break up the sentence into ;

I will treasure you = You will always be dear to my heart

Special loves = What I feel for you is special. I do not feel the same way for anybody else.

what else did it say in the book?
it might mean that I'll keep loving you even when you're gone. I'll keep my special love for you as a treasure in my heart.
gotta read more from the book, though, to know for sure, what does it say after that or before it?
why dont you ask your friend?

It's a little awkward, but it makes sense. It means "You are valuable to me, you who I love especially."
