This is a tough question because there is really no right answer. It all depends on your relationship with the person and how comfortable and close you are together. My bf and i waited 3 months before making love and now 4 years later we do not regret that decision. it's a decision that must be made together and talked about first. It's a personal choice for both people and it's a decision that should not be taken lightly. One thing to remember, SEX CHANGES EVERYTHING. After you go all the way with your partner, everything will be different and you can never take it back. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, just be prepared to have a more open and intimate relationship and make sure you are both on the same page in your relationship. Good Luck!!

In this day and age , with all the diseases going around I would wait until you got to know that person REALLY good . Prophylactics don't always guard against HIV , or pregnancy , also , there's no telling if you'll see the guy / girl again, after your encounter . So wait at least a month or two .

Me and my boyfriend waited about 3 months. But that maybe to soon for you. How well do you know this person? People aren't really waiting anymore. Some women have lost respect for themselves and they do it on the first date. Really if you work hard enough you'll probably get it in two weeks!

Well personally about three months, always! But it all depends on the beliefs and situation of the other person. The only thing you should always be is patient and considerate. It may be one day or one year and through and through you must be approving of the other persons choices...
