Why do women like to wear low cut tops that let their boobs practically hang out of them?

Women love attention. That is an excellent way to get it. I'm only a 36C, but if I wear a tank top or something that shows boobs I catch guys looking at them all the time. It's a ego booster!

Some Girls have nothing else going for them than theirs boobs and therefore feel they have to flaunt them in order to appear attractive to guys. Unfortunatly not all girls have realized that you don't need to use your breasts in order to attract guys. Girls like the attention they receive from guys when they dress slutty, although it's all the wrong attention.

personally i don't like to dress with everything hanging out. i would rather keep just enough uncovered so that your imagination can run wild with whats inside

my boobs don't hang. they're perky. i can jump and they don't move.
i probably have 100 or so indescent exposure tickets that i don't plan on paying.
