Mouse is used to set your hair in place and give it shine. You can use it wet or dry. Basically used so that your hair stays in place and you style the way you want and then rub some mouse while keeping from messing the style up.

Just shake the can, put about a golf ball size amount of Mousse in your hand, then emulsifiy (rub your hands together to spread); next comb through hair with your fingers; you can then just let hair air dry an you'll get kind of a "wet" look or blow dry your hair and style as usual

I believe you meant mousse. I put a small amount in my hand and apply it to the roots and into the scalpp of my hair when its damp and then blow dry with my hair hanging upside down. But there are many ways to use it. I guess it depends on the purpose on which you are using it for.

Trap a live mouse, starve it for a few days to get it really irate. Then put it on your hair, then watch as it scurries around styling your hair biting hell out of you

Work it from tips to roots so you'll get the most product in the tips and less near the roots. If your hair is wet you can use a little more product, if it's dry use just a little amount.

Take time out to learn to spell and use grammar correctly then you may get a sensible answer if you write a coherent question.

Well, when using mousSe, you usually add it to wet hair and then blow dry it or style it.
