Haha! I just borrowed the idiot's guide to learning French and seems to be simple enough. Best to have someone who knows the language to correct yr diction though..

theres a bunch of sites in the net where they give you the essential about french like vocabulary & grammar which step by step you can learn with time....
Also you can buy some video about learning french
