Around 35M USD.

One of the most recent F-16 deals involved the proposed sale of the fighter aircraft to Pakistan (March 2005). An analysis of the costs featured in a Washington Post article :

The cost of the plane is determined by many variables, including how many are purchased and how they are equipped, Jurkowsky said. Aboulafia estimated that an F-16 "with a full tank of gas" costs between $30 million and $40 million, with upgrades, spare parts and other equipment adding 150 percent more to the price tag.

I know for fact that in the early 90's the price was 20 million USD, I guess now it ranges somewhere between 40-60 million USD depending on the Package (Planes-maintenance-helmets-missiles ... etc) and on the country purchasing them.
From the news "Chile gave approval to the purchase of 10 F-16 fighter jets from the United States in a US$600 million deal, which was started six years ago by the Air Force."
