my fiancee and i supposed to get marry this month we have a kid and found out that his AIP was denied,i really dont understand coz one of my friend whos an army too told me that its possible to extend him even though his AIP was denied....is it true?pls someone answer my question i reaaly want to know.

Have your fiance talk to the NCO he reports to. It'll likely be a Sgt, SSgt or Sgt 1st class. They'll be able to give him some straight answers. Though, if he's been in trouble at all during this enlistment... the army can deny his AIP and his extention and not allow him to re-enlist. Start with the NCOs and if that doesn't work, have him work his way up the chain of command (DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO THE TOP... THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU TO GO TO THE NCOs FIRST)
