They went on to the Ark two by two, but Mrs. Noah doesn't seem to get the recognition she deserves. Everyone know Noah, but who knows his wife?

I have re-read several times the story of Noah and I do not find any mention of the wife's name. In the old testament times, the lineage of families were constructed through the males. It states that Noah was father of Shem, Ham and Japeth and in the story, God tells Noah how to build the ark and then to go into the ark with his wife, sons and their wives, etc so the names of the females are not mentioned.

According to Jewish tradition her name is "Naamah".
Everywhere in the Bible though she is only referred to as Noah's wife.
