I absolutely love Red Velvet Cake, its my favorite out of any cake. I don't like Devils Food Cake much so I would suggest the Red Velvet :)

Red Velvet is chocolate cake, just with red food coloring. But, I prefer Devils Food b/c I'm not crazy about cream cheese frosting (which is typical of Red Velvet).

If you are going for the presentation of the cake i would go with the red velvet cake. but, the devil's food cake has more of a taste too it:)
