it's 5:00 AM and i havent went to bed yet what can i eat and not feel quilty of?

i am trying to lose this baby weight that i got (4 month old baby)gained too much weight and already lost 20 pounds!

Just eat a light snack. Maybe some fruit and crackers. And some juice. Congratulations on the baby!

Small breakfast stuff, unless you're planning on eating the same when you wake up. in that case, something small but gratifying, like cheese and crackers, or just crackers

Yogurt or Fruit!.. Especially Vitamin C. Because this will help if you are really watching what you are eating and/or skipping meals. It will help against getting sick!
