It is easy to avoid carbos, not eating bread, pótatoes and pasta. I eat peanut butter, a lot of it, and fried everything.

I would be very wary of any diet that offers a quick fix solution to weight loss as they can be very hard to maintain and easy to slide from good intentions and easy to put the weight back on when you do either give up or stop. For overall health, and a more longer lasting weight change, look at a healthy eating plan and doing more regular exercise. A varied diet, high on fresh vegetables,fruits, wholegrains and good protein and low on sugary, fatty and fried foods would be a good start. If you dont do much exercise then walking or swimming would be good to begin with too.

you are not going to lose weight until you make healthy eating choices, that's what i had to do, like when you make a sand which use a lettuce wrap instead of bread, in the morning i just eat a bowl of oatmeal, sometimes cereal, and a soup and salad for lunch. and i only eat red meat one day a week, i eat more chicken or turkey. i also exercise six days a week for an hour each. 3 days on the elliptical and 3 days on a bike. i lost 15 lbs my first month, and an important thing is that i gave up pop, losing all that sugar can really help lose weight, because your body stores sugar as fat, so the less sugar the better. I tell everyone there is no such thing as diets as they are only a temporally fix. For a healthier body you should be eating smaller portions more often in a day to keep your metabolism running and a bit of daily exercise wouldn't hurt either. If you dint like exercising try a bit of walking 15mins to 30mins a day should give you some good results. Don't forget by starving your body you are causing a build up of fat cells called cellulite, so be nice to yourself and eat smaller but more frequent healthier meals/snacks and leave the munchies to say once a week

peanut butter is ok, but stay away from fried food. You'll never lose weight if you keep eating these. Just make healthier food choices. Ex : Eat carrots instead of a bag of chips....count your calories for a few weeks. Keep a food journal. You'll realize how much your actually putting in your mouth. Make time to exercise. If you havn't had the liking for that, do something you like....play your fav sport. Walk your dogs [if you have any] . Turn on the music and dance......Just keep moving and remember not to skip a meal.....and don't give up if the scale doesn't budge !

Make a lifestyle change... Diets are easy to break, We all know fried foods aren't good so try to avoid them or have them a little less...Try frying in healthy high flashpoint oils, Grapeseed oils and use wheat flour. Avoid refined sugars and anything with high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenized oils. HFCS- blocks the signal to the brain indicating that you are full thus over eating. Whole grain breads containing no HFCS is good also natural red potatoes and whole wheat pasta is not bad as so long as with everything done in moderation. Eat foods that are natural, fruits, vegetables and nuts. Cavemen didn't have frying pans and oils to cook. They grilled everything and ate from the earth...This is how our bodies our meant to handle food. Processed foods kill our bodies and minds. Exercise is key as well. Walking daily can make a big difference.

There is no such thing as a easy diet.

to lose weight and keep it off, you must make a life style change that is permanent, not temporary just to get the weight off, if you do that it just comes back and brings more fat with it.

Always go with two or three hungry fellow
Step 3:
Order whatever u want.
Step 4:
When everybody starts eating nodd ur head twice in horizontal direction 90 degrees each side.
Step 5:
Pay and go home
