Although I would actually say it like this:

Te diria que te fueras al infierno pero todos los perros van al cielo

The expression does not work in Spanish. When you want to send someone to an unconfortable place, you send them to "el carajo" and not to "el infierno". Also, dogs are usually considered friendly and nice animals by Spanish-speaking cultures. Maybe the best way of stating the feeling in Spanish is:

"Te mandaría al Carajo, pero ni allí te quieren!"

(I'd tell you to go to the Carajo, but not even there they want you!)

"Te diría de ir al infierno, pero todos los perros van al cielo"
or you could say...

"Te diriá de irte al infierno, pero todos los bestias van al paraíso"
(interchange 2 words: beasts for dogs...it sounds a bit nastier and paradise for heaven).
