Saudi Arabia has strict immigration and border controls. If invited to do business by a Saudi national, you are most welcome, or if you are Muslim, you are allowed the opportunity to visit on a Hadj or umra visa. Otherwise, the borders are closed.

there has to be a convinced reason in order to get a visa to Saudi Arabia otherwise you won't be able to enter.

you know what is the problem that many people come here for the sake of performing omrah or haj and they never go back to their countries. Accordingly, the Saudi policy now is so strict regarding such issues.

Have you forgotten or never heard what happened a decade ago?

The islamofascists won democratic elections in Algeria, so the military overthrew the democracy to create a fairly secular dictatorship. Compared to most military juntas, they're harmless.

The islamofascists in Algeria, however, are NOT harmless and run a guerilla war against the government. They attack and kill women who don't wear burqas, they bomb hotels, they shoot tourists and generally terrorize the populace.

Given that these nutballs agree with the opposing side in Saudi Arabia, it's no surprise the Saudis don't want them coming in.
