Be wary, you are a prime candidate for depression. If you're not sure, have it checked out. One way is to confront your fears and worries with thought control. Read more about this in Dr. David Burns' book: "The Feeling Good Handbook"... It literally saved my life from depression and alcoholism (along with some help from above, perhaps)

I think the first thing you need to do is to be more cheerful. Everybody have worries in their life, nobody is free of worry. When you study, you are worry of exam and failing the exam. When you start working, you are worry you cannot complete the task on time and when you get married you worried for your family income, children etc. Life is never smooth, you have to learn to solve all problems and set goals . You need to work towards your goals and you will feel sense of achievement once you have reach your goal. Everyday we have something new to learn and take sometime and relax your mind, it helps alot

Learn to cope, you will never get away from worries, no matter how big or small they may seem. Life is as hard as you make it, learn to problem solve and set goals to fix problems. Complete tasks instead of putting them off until you "feel better". You will never be free of everything as an adult you have responsibilities, and you continue to learn life lessons on a daily basis.

Dont sweat the small stuff, and if you cant stop yourself you should seek some counseling. that said, know that life is never perfect and easy and its something u have to deal with, and u shouldnt go crazy when little things go wrong. But if u seriously arent strong enough to handle it get a psychiatrist or talk to someone.

try and put aside an hour every day where you can think about all the things which are bothering you. if you think of something outside of that hour, just stop and say to yourself to wait until your hour comes up. then don't let anything interrupt you in that hour and do this everyday. or alternatively you could write in a diary how you feel and that sometimes helps. it's just about finding the best solution for you.

Let me recommend you a good counsellor and psychologist. In fact I think he is the most renowned in the world. You have probably heard of his name somewhere on the internet, books and tv etc.

And guess what? He knows you... and wants to heal you.

His name is Jesus.

You can pray or go to church, speak to the Pastor and ask the Pastor to pray for you.

God bless you :)

Stop worrying too much my friend, or you'll start hearing voices. Talk or hang out with some friends, occasionally listen to your favourite music, preferbly soothing ones. Play video games, or just take a walk on the beach. :)

Basically, occupy your time with activities, even if they aren't productive lol.

If you want your worries to be less worriesome, try sharing them with someone whom you can trust. Letting it out helps.

If these thoughts are consistently negative, consider counselling. You may be suffering from a form of depression.
Exercise, painting and taking care of pets are some ways you can relieve your restless mind. Take up yoga.
